When you’re ready to pay, look for a box labelled something such as Voucher Code, Discount Code, Promo Code or Promotional Code, which is usually at the checkout before you enter your address details.

Enter the code exactly as shown and select the button to apply it.

Your discount should then appear in your basket before you complete your purchase.

Always check that the price has actually changed before paying.

Why Isn’t My Voucher Code Working?

There’s nothing more frustrating than finding a great discount only to discover that the code isn’t accepted at checkout.

There are several possible reasons.

The voucher code has expired

Promotional codes don’t last forever. Some retailers provide a specific expiry date, while others withdraw offers without announcing an exact end date.

Where an expiry date is supplied, we aim to display it alongside the offer. Where a retailer doesn’t provide one, an offer may stop working without notice.

There’s a minimum spend

You might need to spend £30, £50, £100 or another specified amount before the discount applies.

Check whether your basket has reached the required value and whether delivery charges count towards the minimum spend.

It’s for new customers only

Retailers and affiliate partners sometimes provide a definite expiry date, but this isn’t always the case. A retailer may withdraw a promotion early or provide a code without specifying exactly when it will end.
